- Analyze and report on performance metrics, measuring the success of campaigns and adjusting strategies accordingly for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, PR, and customer service to ensure cohesive communication and brand positioning across all platforms.
- Conduct regular audits of our social channels to ensure brand consistency, compliance with the company’s standards, and adherence to community guidelines.
- Engage with customers on social media in real-time, responding to inquiries, comments, and reviews to foster long-term relationships.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes in social media and digital marketing, using best practices to enhance our online presence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
- Proven experience as a social media manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio of previous work.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends and best practices, with an understanding of how they impact brand engagement and sales.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and a passion for storytelling.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions and articulate insights effectively.
- Experience with social media advertising, budgeting, and campaign management.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with the flexibility to engage with varying tasks and priorities as needed.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
